BAMBOO COTTON + HEMP COTTON INSERT: Three layers of 70% Bamboo Viscose / 30% Cotton - 340gsm + One layer of 50% Hemp Viscose / 50% Cotton - 390gsm.

PLEASE NOTE: As we make our inserts with natural fibres, they will shrink 2cm - 3cm in length with initial washing. This is perfectly normal and we design them to account for this.

A GOOD TIP FOR NEW INSERTS is to soak them in plain water for 12-24 hours and then give a regular wash, without softener.
This helps to fluff up all the fibres and maximise absorption before use.

WE OFFER 30 DAY RETURNS for any unwanted items. They must be un-used, un-washed and in original condition, including an undamaged packaging sleeve.
