Our 3.0 Easy Bundles are a simple, done-for-you option, and each comes with a Free Double-Pocket Wet Bag. Perfect for separating wet and dry undies.
The upgraded inserts are included, so choose which thickness you would like in the bundle, depending on your absorbency needs, and we'll do the rest.
Your undies colours and free wet bag will be chosen randomly, and we will match the correct insert size to the undies size for you. Easy!
Designed to bridge that gap of the in-between stage, No Worries Undies are waterproof and absorbent, so they catch an accident and keep everything else dry.
No more worrying at school or avoiding sleepovers; we've got you covered.
With two layers of absorbency built in for lighter accidents, you can add up to eight more layers with our inserts for adjustable absorbency to suit your needs.
** As they may be wet for longer, we always recommend inserts for nighttime.
Your child will still feel when they are wetting for sensory feedback and learning, and you then lessen the insert layers as the learning progresses.
Start with enough absorbency for where you're at in the learning journey, and work your way down. Only use what you need.
You can add up to eight extra layers if needed; however, please remember that the more layers you add, the more bulk you add. It's a balance.

Fitting Advice

When using the guide, it's good to consider your child's weight and body type. You need the undies to fit well around the legs to prevent leaks.
If you are unsure, please use the following approximate waist and leg measurements for a more accurate fit.
The optional inserts are always recommended with overnight use.

The following are the approximate leg circumferences before and with stretching.
- XXS - 24cm - 30cm

Washing & Drying
Prep
Soak new undies and inserts in plain water for 12-24 hours and then give a regular wash, without softener.
This helps to fluff up the fibres of the hidden layers and maximise absorption before use.
The inserts will shrink a little with the initial wash, which will make them easier to thread through.
Rinse
Once soiled, give the undies and insert a good rinse to get out or dilute the urine as much as possible.
If left un-rinsed, urine will get stronger, and you could end up with an ammonia smell or skin irritation from it.
They can then be left for up to 48 hours until a regular wash is done.
Wash
Wash on a long or regular cycle (the undies can take a 60-degree wash if needed) with your usual detergent.
Please do not use softener (or oily detergents) as this coats the fibres and stops the absorbency.
Do not use bleach.
Drying
Line drying, undies inside out, is preferable. The sun will help kill any bacteria present.
Both undies and inserts are super absorbent, so will take a while to dry.
The inserts and undies can be tumble-dried on low, but doing so consistently with the undies could shorten their life span by causing delamination of the waterproof outer material.
NDIS & FAQs
Do you have AfterPay?
We now use PayPal Pay in 4, which is the same as AfterPay, and offered in Australia.
Simply checkout with PayPal and they will offer you that choice of payment method within your regular PayPal account.
How much do they hold?
They are designed for single accidents, and how much they can hold is time-dependent.
During the day, they will hold all the way from a light to a heavy accident by adding inserts and changing them soon after the accident has occurred.
At night, as they have to contain the accident for longer (assuming your child sleeps through it), they will hold a light to moderate accident with inserts.
If they become saturated, they must be changed; otherwise, leakage will occur. Liquid always finds its way out eventually!
Depending on the learning stage and heaviness of the wetting, use the following as a rough guide for any extra layers we recommend to add:
Daytime - 0 - 4 extra layers
Nighttime - 4 - 8 extra layers
Inserts come in both 2-layer and 4-layer options, which can be added in together.
Can I use my NDIS funding?
Yes. If this type of product is covered with your plan, and you are self-managed or use a Plan Manager (not the NDIA themselves), you can purchase with your funding.
How do I place an order using my NDIS funding?
- Choose your products and add the Participant's name and NDIS number in the 'Add a note' section of the cart (you'll find it at the top of your cart). This will ensure they are on the invoice for your plan managers to be able to process the claim.
- Check out, choosing Bank Deposit as your payment method. You won't need to pay anything, and it secures your items and order.
- You will immediately receive an order confirmation email with a link to your PDF invoice/receipt. Click on that link and send the invoice to your plan managers. Your part is now done.
- The invoice has our ABN and bank details, so your managers can deposit the payment directly, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as the payment arrives.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the updated paid invoice/receipt link. You can keep that for your records.

Returns
30 Day returns available for items that are un-used, un-washed and in original condition, including packaging sleeves.
Try them on first, and if you get the size wrong simply email us within 30 days of purchase to let us know you wish to return them.
Once the items are received and checked, a refund (minus original postage costs) will be given.
